Who we are
Neptune Guards Ltd is a limited company incorporated in Uganda in 2019, authorised to provide armed guards, escorts and investigations. Our head office is at Plot 11 Turker Crescent, Green Leaves Complex, Second Floor, Kampala.
Services and proposals
The services we provide to you, the number of guards, their hours and the price are set out in a written proposal following a site survey, and confirmed in your service agreement.
Prices
Guarding is charged per guard, per month. Published rates are UGX 600,000 for an armed guard security officer and UGX 500,000 for an unarmed guard. All prices are VAT exclusive. Technical services (alarms, CCTV and similar) are priced after a site survey and vary from client to client.
Liability of the company
Neptune Guards will not be responsible for any loss or damage, or any act or omission of whatever nature, arising from negligence by the client or its tenants.
Where a loss results from a failure in the provision of service by Neptune Guards, compensation will be made either by credit to the client's account or through our insurance underwriters.
Patrol records
Where patrol monitoring checkpoints are installed, Neptune Guards or the client may download the patrol log after every shift. These records are kept to supervise guards and to give clients quality assurance.
