What we collect
- Site survey requests: your name, phone number, optional email, the type and area of your premises, and the services you are interested in.
- Job applications: your name, phone number, age, home district, education, experience, referees, and any CV or certificate you upload.
- Messages: your name, phone number, optional email and your message.
We do not use advertising trackers. We keep basic server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly visit statistics that do not identify you.
Why we use it
Only to respond to you: to arrange a site survey and send a proposal, to assess a job application and contact referees, or to reply to your message.
Who sees it
Authorised Neptune Guards staff. We do not sell or share your details. For job applications, we may contact the referees and LC1 you name, and recruitment involves the police.
How long we keep it
Survey requests and messages: up to two years. Job applications: up to one year, unless you are hired, when they become part of your staff record.
Your rights
