How much does hiring a security guard cost in Uganda?

Neptune Guards offers transparent rates starting from UGX 500,000 for unarmed guards and UGX 600,000 for armed guards per month (VAT exclusive). This includes full uniform, equipment, verified hourly patrol logging, and motorbike supervisor coverage.

How do you verify guards stay awake and active throughout the night?

We install electronic patrol checkpoints across your premises. Guards must check in every hour of every shift. In addition, night supervisors conduct surprise inspection rounds by motorbike, and clients can download the electronic patrol log after every shift.

How are Neptune security guards recruited and vetted?

Every guard is recruited with Uganda Police Force involvement and undergoes strict background checks, LC1 vetting, fitness evaluation, and a comprehensive one-month training program covering weapon handling, customer care, and emergency response.

How can I book a free site security survey?

You can request a free site survey online through neptuneguards.com/survey or by calling +256 414 384 268. A security supervisor will visit your site to assess entrances, perimeter risks, and propose the optimal guard posts.
