What you get
Our core service. Every Neptune guard is recruited with police involvement, completes a month of training, and is briefed before every shift. Armed officers are deployed where the risk calls for them; unarmed guards cover access control, patrols and customer-facing posts.

Step 1: Free site survey
A supervisor visits your premises and agrees the posts, hours and patrol route with you.

Step 2: Proposal
You get a written proposal with the number of guards, armed or unarmed, and the monthly cost.

Step 3: Deployment
Your guards are briefed on your site’s post orders and deployed in full uniform.

Step 4: Supervision
Patrol checkpoints are installed, and supervisors visit by day and by night.

Step 5: Monthly review
Guards are scored every month. You can request a change of guard at any time.
